Below are the requirements for sending
artwork to our promotional products company.
If you have questions about your artwork,
please feel free to call or email us. All
artwork should be created in a
high-resolution setting. You cannot convert
low-resolution artwork to high-resolution.
Usually, artwork found online is
low-resolution and cannot be used for
All artwork should be sent by email. Please
include any text, logos are images with your
artwork. We do not alter or charge our
customer's artwork. Naturally, the set-up
charges vary based upon the product you are
ordering. We will confirm the set-up charges
after we have reviewed your artwork. Please
convert all text to outlines (vector art) or
curves. We do offer four-color process
We work in a PC environment. We can accept
the following PC formats:
- Abode Illustrator (CS5 Version or lower)
- Corel Draw 8
- Corel Presentations 8
- Adobe PDF
- MS Word
- JPG high-resolution as a last resort.
If you do submit .JPG artwork, please make
sure the resolution is 300+ dpi.
WINZIP and RAR files accepted.
If you are providing one-color artwork, it
is best to send black colored artwork. We
will convert the artwork to the appropriate
color. If you want to imprint different
logos onto a single item, separate set-up
charges may apply.
Virtual samples using your color
specifications and artwork are FREE. Email
us your specifications with the item number
of the item you like and we will create a
FREE Virtual Sample. This process usually
takes one day. This process will allow you
to make any changes that are necessary to
your order without cost.
